Dr. Vama Jain (BNYS, FRM) is an accomplished professional with over six years of experience and a robust background in diet counseling, yoga, research, and naturopathy clinicals. Currently a researcher at AIIMS, Rishikesh, Dr. Jain has treated more than 3,000 patients across India and abroad. She previously served as a medical officer at Patanjali Yog-gram, Haridwar, where she provided comprehensive patient care using naturopathy, Ayurveda, and yoga therapies for various chronic and acute conditions.

Known for her effective communication with diverse audiences and meticulous documentation of clinical assessments and outcomes, Dr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from SDMCNYS, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, and a Fellowship in Clinical Research Methodology from the National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune. An active researcher, she has published three research papers in reputed journals and is the author of the book Healing Frozen Shoulder Through Yoga. She is also a prime member of the Khushiyaan initiative.
